In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.

To access real-money games and services on okjl33, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one okjl33 Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

okjl33 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all of which are compliant with Philippine payment regulations:

• Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, debit card, and bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank.
• Prohibited Payment Methods: okjl33 does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or any other digital asset) as a deposit or withdrawal method. Credit card gambling deposits are also strictly prohibited in compliance with Philippine regulations.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of withdrawal request.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance. • Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or any other form of cheating or fraudulent gameplay.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to okjl33 immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the okjl33 Platform or its underlying technology.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing okjl33 staff, support agents, or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the okjl33 Platform — including but not limited to the okjl33 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of okjl33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okjl33 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from okjl33.
• Use the okjl33 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without express written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of okjl33's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by okjl33.

To the fullest extent permitted by Applicable Laws, okjl33 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds, winnings, or data resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, network failures, or events beyond okjl33's reasonable control.
• Any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Any decisions made by you in reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays.
• Any losses resulting from your breach of these Terms or violation of Applicable Laws.

okjl33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in connection with your Account.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.
• Extended Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months).

Upon Account termination for cause, okjl33 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any Real Money Balance. Where termination is not for cause, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting okjl33 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days, subject to resolution of any pending transactions or disputes.

okjl33 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the okjl33 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, unless otherwise required by Applicable Laws or regulatory guidelines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent okjl33 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
